A classic all-out race bike, the GT Pro Series was the bike to beat for years. The 100% Chromoly frame and fork, Power Series Cranks, and sealed mechanism SR bear trap pedals cut a fast path to the trophy line.
Growing up I was definitely a GT/Dyno kid, and in the small midwest town I grew up in, it was rare to see anything but a GT. I remember peeling through all the BMX action magazines back then, and a bike I always loved was Dennis McCoy's Fluorescent yellow Haro Master Team.
